Founder
ToP-Kick SportsManagement was founded by Dipl.-Ing. Günter Wilkens with the goal to show young people from all over the world the way to their vision of a career as a professional footballer and to support them sustainably. This has since evolved into a global network of contacts with talents, established professionals, clubs and their managers as well as colleagues from various countries. Günter Wilkens combines his love for football with the experiences from responsible duties in international corporations in order to generate the foundation for trusting interactions with the clients at eye level.
The client focuses on football. ToP-Kick – SportsManagement takes care of everything else. In his occupation, Günter Wilkens focuses primarily on Germany and Europe. Together with the other members of the team, the challenges are tackled, and the resulting aims are realised.

Nurudeen Nsobila Mohammed was a youth national player in Ghana and takes care of young and professional players from several countries of the African continent. His native language skills are particularly valuable for this.

Mame Mbar Diouf has been an active football player in various countries. Born in Senegal and holding a French passport, he keeps contact with his home country as well as with France. In addition, he is in touch with countries in Scandinavia and Great Britain.
